Manchester United have completed the signing of midfielder Carlos Baleba from Brighton and Hove Albion on a five-year contract in a deal worth £70 million.
The Cameroon international joined French side Lille in January 2022 before moving to Brighton in August 2023. Baleba made 112 appearances for the Seagulls over three seasons - winning their Young Player of the Season award in 2024-25; he also won Premier League Goal of the Month in April 2025.
The 22-year-old becomes United's third addition to their midfield following the arrivals of Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa and Andrey Santos from Chelsea.
